Bug in crystals opening count

in Bugs and Known Issues
Just now i opened 500 versus crystals.and i got huge amount of gold,battle chips,iso-8's etc.but after the completion of opening all the crystals.i have gone mad by seeing my battle chips and gold count.only a few amount has got to me.then where are the rest of the count.it is not a small count what i have lost.its very huge amount in gold and battle chips.i will send you my video proof also what i have recorded before opening crystals.but here there is no source to send a video to you.so please help me give me back my battle chips and gold.please try to understand my problem.please help me
