Is there any bug in new uodate.

Hey guys as you have understood from the title what I mean to say but I am saying it because after the new update my game is not opening. It is always showing network issues. I reinstalled the game 2 times but each time it is showing only network issues. Other applications like you tube etc are working properly but only game is having problem.
So kindly help me out if this situation
