Limber mastery no working for Stunning reflection node

I had 5 point in the Limber mastery, but still get stunned for 3 seconds when trigled the node. Is it supposed to be like this?

That node also has debilitate if I recall correctly
This increases debuff duration on you by 100%

Edit: it's stupefy which increases stun duration by 100% and not debilitate

I’m not exactly sure how this works, so I could be wrong, but doesn’t limber not work for nodes like this and Encroaching Stun?

Edit: or it could be because it has debilitate.
