Does the 25% attack bonus for inhuman team affect the whole team? Would it extend LOL rage timer?

It only affects the royal family, as it's clearly written in the synergy. No, it does not extend LOL timer

Did you actually test it in the LoL? Because other synergies extend the LoL timer, I don't see why this one wouldn't.
