Side Quest Bugged?

I know the side quest is bugged, I’ve done the quest once, I would just like to know if you can do other difficulties once.

Its actually tragic how at least once per month for the last 8 months we’ve had a bugged piece of content, 4 of which have potentially lead to bans. What happened to field testing content before it was released? An almost identical bug has haunted 3 pieces of content, how has that almost identical bug been allowed to slip through the cracks at three separate occasions, two of which are back to back months.
