Limbo Quests

I know that there's an issue with people running the limbo quests more than once. Now that they are back, are we able to run them again without getting rewards? I am doing the below 10000 quests, but I also don't want to get banned. I'm hearing I can do them as much as I want, but I'm also seeing that I can't. I'm so very confused. Can someone help me

    So you can still run the limbo more than once and you still get the rewards more than once, so I dont know

    Yeah I took down masteries to do 10000 or lower and I don’t want to that for two days.

    Even I run that quest twice but got key and lost soul

    why not just use a r4 4*? for me one dr voodoo did the challenge 3 times, you jsut have to repeat until you get a good matchup.
