Magik "power steal"

Not sure if this has been addressed, but when I fight magik with dormamu and do a combo ending in medium (which is supposed to power drain), she "power steals" and her power doesn't drain. I am pretty sure I have seen the same thing happen with vision (And I think people have posted video of this). I know people are saying vision is bugged, but I THINK I have only experienced this with magik (who was the video I saw). So anyone know whether kabam has acknowledged the magik bug of power stealing when she is supposed to power drain?
