Dear kabam, after the last update game is not enjoyable anymore

thanks for all of the great contents in the last couple of months; but really do you enjoy a game that you must spend 10 minute staring at loading screen?
last night in incursion at the start of each zone game stuck at loading, so i had to restart the game each time and that was so frustrating. in addition half of the times the chat wasnt working pfff.
this is not just about me all of my alliance mates have kinda similar problem
imagine you are at the party or sth and you should take a move on AQ and this process take you 30 minute. thats not fun
please tell us this bug will fix before the next update
