Heavy only removed fissure once
The second time it went to 20 a heavy wouldn’t remove them
What am I missing?

    I was using r2 Claire
    And what’s aar?
    There was no debuff on me at the time either

    There was no debuff on me at the time either
    AAR is ability accuracy reduction. if you have the pacify mastery then it can prevent your heavies from resetting the charges. I just finished fighting the goblin and it kicked in like 2x
