10K prestige needs an alliance

Recently went to a new alliance but unfortunately they struggle with people moving and can't seem to barely get through Map 5 day one.

So here I am again looking for a somewhat relaxed but consistent group of daily players who don't wait 12 - 14 hours in between moves.

Also don't want a group that discusses politics.

I am a 10K prestige player with a decent roster.
15 six star (6 R2)

Daily player who can easily get through Map 5
Would like to learn it and move into Map 6

Gold 2 seems comfortable.

Always participate in alliance events

Good communication for tagging when moving but not a big chatter in the group chats.

    We run 5x5 easy. We have bg1 experimenting with running map 6 day 1. Optional war. Chill but well motivated. Not afraid to kick laggers
