I’m currently at one of the Abyss Havoks and I’m encountering an issue where he won’t place any plasma build ups on my champ. I’m using Colossus and the debuff is never showing up. I’m counting on the willpower mastery being active to keep my champ’s health up while using suicides and specials. I recorded two videos, one mid-fight when I noticed the issue and another that I started before entering the fight again. I don’t want to continue fighting, burning unnecessary resources, change my masteries again, or back out at this point. I hope this can be addressed quickly.

Yeah, I heard Havok is bugged in Abyss, no plasma detonation for any champ. That's good if you use other champs but I understand your problem.
