Is Silver Surfer Bugged?

I was trying to use Silver Surfer to beat Human Torch in Cav. 2.1 (L1) but he started to meltdown due to the flames. Is not Silver Surfer incinerate immune?

No he is not immune to any of those.
I used to think the same that he is bleed, incenarate and other debuffs 8mmune but sadly he is not

SS takes -100% damage. HT increases damage inflicted by his incinerates depending on how many smoulder passives he has. Energy damage gives him smoulder. So if his damage is increased to 120%, then Surfer takes 20% damage.

I think? Someone correct me if I'm wrong

He is not. He receives 100% less damage, but takes anything over the base.

He probably gained a smolder, smolders increases his incinerate damage by 12% or he entered nova
