    Am I misunderstanding what that means? He’s activated his regeneration buffs in two separate fights, instantly regenerating like 2-3% of his health.

    It says his RNA bank, not ever. If you are doing abyss you should know what VTDs RNA bank is. That is his stored charges. He starts with 10 stored already and they will never include a regeneration. He can still get them on the aberration effect buildup.
