Dual class crystals drop rates

Are the drop rates of dual class crystals same on every champ or varies?

Also for a small rooster of 5 star champs, is it better to open dual class or basic?

I'd open basics if your roster is still small, and then open dual classes to fill holes in your roster

It really depends, if you are targeting champs of a specific class, like say you have zero tech but really want one then dual class is the way to go. If you don't care then it doesn't matter which crystal you choose.

each champ in the crystal has the same chance of being drawn, none have weights.
