Rebuilding casual alliance

Title says it all. I've still got a good core of folks, but I need to replace about half the alliance (a lot of non participation). We're running single groups in AQ and War at the moment, but I want to expand as the alliance expands. We only war during the season, and usually place Silver 2-Gold 3. I ask that everyone has LINE, but beyond that we're very chill. Most of our core is 400k+/8k prestige, so I'd like folks in that range, but I'm also willing to help people who are dedicated to improving.
