Ability Accuracy Reduction Bug

I understand that ability accuracy reduction is a key part of a lot of champions’ kits, but why does it hurt us sometimes?
The most recent two examples I’d like to bring up are the Red Goblin boss in Cavalier difficulty and the Doctor Strange (first fight) in 3.2.2 of the Recursions Event Quest.
Red Carnage has the Flux Dispersion node which adds charges for every hit, and each charge reduces incoming damage by 5%. Once you get to 20, you can no longer deal damage. I have the mastery where a stunned opponent has their ability accuracy reduced so sometimes when I stun and throw a heavy to remove the charges, they don’t get removed (I was using Sparky at the time). This also happens with Blade using his DangerSense.
In the Doctor Strange fight you have the node where whenever a bleed or incinerate from a skill attacker expires, you gain a passive fury. When using Blade (with Dormammu and Sparky synergies) when the bleeds would fall off, sometimes the fury doesn’t appear. I assume this is also due to the ability accuracy reduction of Blade’s DangerSense.
I would just like to know why some characters who have an awesome ability accuracy reduction are punished in these scenarios?

Blade against against DS. The reason you are not getting the furies is not because blades ability to convert bleeds into furies is not working. Blade does not have the ability to convert bleeds into furies. Doctor Strange has a node on him which gives him an ability that when a bleed on him expires you get a fury.
That is how nodes work. They are modifications to the defenders abilities, with wordings to make the basic concept easier for you to understand, but the technicalities difficult if you do not have a strong grasp on the subject. For the most part when it uses a pronoun such as you, or yours those are mostly just to allow you to know it is affecting your champion.
Since the ability is on Doctor Strange, and blade lowers his ability accuracy, he lowers the chance there is a conversion.
This is why Omega Red with 10+ spores cannot purify the bleeds on the seeing red path, because it is not his ability, but the defenders.
This AAR has been confirmed to be working how it is supposed to.
And if Kabam wants to build broken interactions like this where the logic makes no sense, we should just be silent about it?
It is not a bug, if you want them to change it then put in a suggestion/request. That way you are not being silent, but also not being wrong about it being a bug either.
