Coldsnap vs spiderman evasion (on enhanced abilities node)

So I was just working on act 6.1.3, took left path, and there is a Miles Morales spiderman, on an enhanced abilities node.
That's fine ... so I took Vision Aarkus against him, assuming it would shutdown his evade .. after all, the coldsnap ability reads quite cleary



And yet, twice within the fight, he clearly evaded an attack while under the coldsnap ability. So I'm thinking this has to do with (probably?) the way they coded it?

If coldsnap is acting like a flat -100% AAR vs Evade ... then it would give room for the enhanced ability to keep a small chance to evade.

I wasn't able to get a video of it .. I might try another time ... but can anyone confirm how this is actually *supposed* to interact or not?

I’d try with an awakened Iceman and see how it goes if you have one
