Progression tips

I am currently on act 5.3.....,and I want to progress a bit faster....as I get stuck in story quests.....I am currently on 4th quest.....This is my team-
1.5 star rank 4 sparky(awakened)
2.6 star rank 1 human torch(unawakened)
3.4 star rank 5 cap iw(max sig ability)
4.5 star rank 3 BWCV(unawakened)
5.4 star rank 5 domino(awakened)

Can anybody give some tips on how to progress faster.......
