Flux dispersal is not resetting on a heavy attack when fighting with BWCV. It takes repeated spamming of heavy to reset the counter, which is NOT the case with other champions. I have tried this with other champions including symbiote supreme, colossus, sentinel, and none of them have this issue. Video below.

Device:

Iphone 8+
Software: iOS 14.0.1
Game mode: Cavalier event quest, 3.1
Fight: Red Goblin
Champion: Black Widow Claire Voyant
Level of frustration: 10

Same exact thing happened to me in UC. I just powered through and figured I was missing something. Was I... missing something?

So I assume you have the Pacify mastery, which then would mean that this is no bug

I figured I was missing something. That's new to me since I just started running it 3 days ago. Thanks.

Why should reducing my opponent's ability accuracy have anything to do with resetting the counter on a heavy attack? That makes zero sense. If they reduced MY ability accuracy, sure, but definitely not the other way around.

Pacify reduces the ability accuracy of nodes too. Your own AAR can work against you.

because the node is a modification to opponents abilities, therefore it is something that is affected by AAR. All trigger based nodes are, if it helps or hurts you.

You can also use ability accuracy to avoid the node from triggering. You did that in the video provided above

Not really. Why should AAR only work when it benefits you?

The node is an added ability for the champion. If it wasn't like this then no node would be affected by ability accuracy, which is
    dumb

    Because the pacify mastery reads:

"when your champions inflict stun debuffs, they also reduce enemy ability accuracy by XX% for the duration of the stun. ability ccuracy governs the chance that an ability activates."

says nothing about the node. that's why it's dumb, in my opinion.
Correct. And if a defender has a node attached to them then that is their ability. So your heavy is affecting their ability. if their ability accuracy is to low to trigger it then it fails. It works exactly as it says. The problem if you dont understand the game mechanics and instead of learning to understand you just want to be mad.

One thing is to understand the game mechanics, a completely different thing is to accept that it’s rational, because it’s not.

The mastery wasn’t supposed to work against you in that way, although the “game mechanic” makes it work that way.

If you guys defending the game mechanics think it’s OK to accept that your enemy has an ability that removes a benefit from them, good luck with your logic.

Like Jestress said, it’s just dumb.

One of the reasons I kinda hate running pacify. Just running it right now, so I can out cores in MD.
