    To actually answer your question, I have Venom the Duck at Rank 5 and Clare at Rank 4 and I pretty much use them exclusively unless I need another champ for some niche utility. So your question is what are they good for, and the answer is pretty much anything. VTD especially excels at longer quests. I don't bring him into Mole Man type quests where I only get 3 champs for 3 or so fights because he can't ramp up fast enough, and I don't use him for AW because he's not really a counter for anything. But anyway they're both heavy hitters with regen, which will serve you well, and then for your other 3 champs just bring whoever you want or whoever has the utility you need for a given scenario.
