WHERE IS 4000 MONSTERS&HUNTERS CRYSTALS ??

Greetings everyone,

Since this event came up, i never see 4000 monsters & hunters crystal in store under the soul boosts tab. I saw in forum that a lots of people had them and popped up & got 5* champs but like i said since the event beginning i have only 2000 version of this in store. Is there anyone else who experience the same thing?
I know there was a major bug and they removed 4000 m&h crystal for a while but isn't it released yet?

PS: Couldn't find any info about it (in forum & KABAM support too). That's why i'm asking this. If you know anything about it & share i'll appreciate it.

    if u are not uncollected, u will not get those crystals

    No, i'm not uncollected yet. I understand what you all said but shouldn't i at least see those crystal as locked? I can't even see it in store.

    Don’t think it works that’s way either so go get uc. If u wil like them

    @Nitri you can also benefit from these crystals. Go to Store, tab Soul boosts.
    Depending of your level you either have one or two selections there

    Depending of your level you either have one or two selections there. If you’re not UC you will not find the grandmaster option

    I only have 2000 monsters&hunters crystal option there. Since i'm not UC, i wanted to try this crystal but i got 2* blade :D so, i decided to try to get UC title :blush::) but, thank you for your answer :)
