Who should I awaken?

So I have 3 options for my 5* Star tech AG who are IMIW, Mysterio and Sentinel. I wann to complete Act 5 and am courrently on 5.3.2, also I Need better war Defence.
Any help Is aporeciated.

My personal preference Is Mysterio but maybe I‘m wrong.

I would wait for Sparky, Ghost, or Warlock. If you need to use it now, Sentinel is the best overall option, and IMIW is the best for AW defense.

I would wait it out for a better option. Like, I don’t feel any of these would be terrible picks, but none of them are “unplayable” until duped (like Ægon, SL, etc)

I already have Warlock at rank 4 and awakenend,it should Post Pics here, don‘t know why it don‘t worked.
