Event Quest Completion Solo Event:Still Very Impractical

After the changes Kabam made to this solo event, It is still very challenging to complete for any player.
First, you need to factor in the amount of time it takes to refill all of your energy, without the Sigil or alliance help. It is 70 energy(for a level 60 player) at 6 minutes each, which comes out to exactly 7 hours. If you alliance does press help all the time, and you are awake for every reset(every 8 hours) of the help “Ask for Help” feature, then you get an additional 87 energy per day. So if you don’t waste a single energy all day you should have 327 energy a day. The 70x3, the 87, plus the remaining 3 hours in a day. That is enough for about 4.67 runs of full energy.
But here is the problem. First of all, no one will be able to do that. People have to sleep, and they have to eat and do actual things other than wait around in the game to move the exact second an energy hits 70. So it will be a lot less.
And even if it wasn’t, to reach the end milestone of 34,000 points, you would need 4 runs in chapter 3 of quest 2 of Cav EQ and a run in quest 1.
This is not only impossible to do with the energy you are given in a day, but it is highly unlikely this strategy will work more than 2 times because there are a limited number of paths in a quest.(Quests in there chapters cost about 70 energy per run plus or minus an energy or so.
You could do other combinations of lower energy quests however this wouldn’t get you to 34,000.
Of course you could use energy refills, but at that point you’d have to do 5 runs of cav eq chapter 3 quest 2 at the minimum which not only takes a ton of time but it also costs valuable energy refills that are better used for legends run or pushing story milestones for cyber weekend.
I think alternatives to this would be:
1.Adding story quests into the ways to get points, and having them worth more.
2.Increasing the points per quest/lowering the milestone points.
3.Removing this event completely and replacing with something like open crystals.
What are everyone’s thoughts? This solo event has always confused me.

Right now my hope is, this event only pops up for the first 2 weeks of a new monthly and than stays away fro 2 or 3 weeks.
Only having hero use, arena and level up might be to little. The crystal opening idea is pretty good.
