Dupe iso..?

in Bugs and Known Issues
I got duplicate Dr. Strange on this last Arena but no Iso and no added bonus on ability. Any ideas from anyone as to why?

    Basic hero=x1 dupe, not x20 and no ISO

    Yea, I can remember the huge letdown the first time I acquired a dupe thru arena... I was like "Wtf, level 1 ability? No ISO? This is basically a character-specific awakening gem." I was pissed because I would have rather had the 4* sharts that time.

    4* what? LMAO.

    It's only for the Basic. In the Featured Arena it's a full Dup, with 100 5* Shards.
