Help with next Rank up

I recently explored Variant 4 and pulled a Rank 4 to 5 Mystic Gem. I only have 5* BWCV as a viable option for it but I also own her as a six star. I currently have Quake (with which I am really good and is most probably the next rank 5 if I got all resources) as rank 4,Nick Fury R4, Corvus R5, Hyperion R4, Colossus R4. The next content I am targeting is Cavalier Difficulty and then Variant 5 completion. As I am not much progressed in terms of content, a rank 5 means a lot. I really like BWCV but the fact that I own her as a six star has drived me into confusion.

Same. Dumb thumbs. She doesn't need her awakened ability at all, OP. No point going with the 5* now when the 6* will have more longevity. Just wait it out a bit.
