    Are you sure there was no nodes or anything stopping it.

    Yes, it is against the 6.3.6 Cap IW boss. Nerfed version. Was going for completion. How do i upload a video to show what happened?

    electric fluctuations reduces buff duration by 5 seconds. 2-5<0, therefore the buffs have no duration.
