Human torch bugged?

in Bugs and Known Issues
I was fighting in war with human torch and at max temperature stark spiderman evaded him. Above 10 human torch isn't supposed to be able to miss according to his info and wanted to find out if this is a bug or intentional?

    Ok cool was curious as champs evade generally fail when above 10 temperature

    Evade and Miss are different mechanics.

    Everybody can evade human torch. Miss is a different mechanic that champs like ghost,hood,ebony maw have.

    Honestly, it is good that they leave threads like this up...it helps other people. (I didn't know there was a distinction between miss and evade either)
