I don't believe you give the issue of no game access after Oreo upgrade enough importance.
You have had access to the new distribution for a long time.
We have never had any warnings.
You say, only a few are concerned. This obviously it's not true.
Quite many influencer, long time game players, spending too much money on your game, are cut off or forced to use a secondary device!
Say, what do you think, how many influencer have you read saying: yea, the game's alright, I can connect.
And how many influencers have you seen saying: I can't even connect!
Read up on loyalty ladders, read up on "terrorists" in regards to dissatisfaction.
You are not Google. You are replaceable. Or at the very very least, inform on the issue!
Players, in regards to the game becoming unplayable, what do you reckon, how much money can I ask a refund for? Last week, month, year? It all amounts to me investing way too much to get to this point.
