No heavy timer champs

Tigra has no timer and ive heard other champs also do
What are these other champs?

    actually it's the opposite, almost all champions have a "heavy timer", meaning that you can't charge heavy forever: Tigra and Quake don't have this limitation, and can charge heavy for the entire fight if wanted. i believe that also Red Skull can do something similar, and probably Air-Walker too?

    I have noticed that I can't infinetly heavy charge with some champs and it automatically plays the heavy after a certian time with some champs.
    Is that what you mean OP?
