7.5 Mil very active, successful, adult group finds ourselves in need of 4. I would suggest lvl 57 and higher with a good roster of 4*'s. R5's are very helpful. We owe it to each other to be active throughout events, but realize that family and work come first. Communication is the key, and we simply ask our Broz to provide notice when situations come up.
