Special Objective: Legendary Limbo Quest bug?

Has special objective with 10k rating been established as bugged. I did it twice with a 5r5 Venom, by himself. Then did it with Hulkbuster, also lowish prestige Champ, and it didn’t work. Today I did it with venom again, same Venom that qualifies before, and it didn’t register. Any word on the reliability of this objective to trigger?
