How fantastic is Mr. Fantastic?

Just pulled a 5* Mr. Fantastic. I honestly haven't really ever paid attention to him as a champion. Is he any good? Unawakened?

    H'es not that great. He's not bad, but he doesn't hit too hard, he doesn't have any utility, and his survivability isn't good at all, other than the evade that he gets, but that is possible only with his awakened ability.
