Invisible champs in AQ

During the last few alliance quest map 6 matches I have encountered multiple bugs that are causing my champions to lose 50% health. I have submitted a help ticket and going back-and-forth with kabam for the past 3 days. All I have asked for is a health potion for compensation of the items I have had to use myself. I am using a Galaxy note 10 plus with fast Wi-Fi and they blame my connection for the problem. Since I am unable to upload pictures of what happened here is a detailed video description.
In the video you Will notice that the champions are invisible and unresponsive. Notice the error message at the end. My omega took a 50% health loss. I dont feel its too much to ask for 1 potion for the multiple time this has happened.
