Special recovery time

Hey just a question is it just my plying getting worse or have you noticed a change in recovery time after specials animation.
I seem to be getting hit the very second a special animation has ended especially with and sp3, also if I have dexed or blocked a special if I go into for a hit straight after I'm getting intercepted every time.
Has anyone noticed this, or is it just my reactions are getting slower.. cheers
