Nebula Ability Accuracy Reduction

Hi all!
I didnt find any post about this, so decided to ask:

During the Sentinel-Nebula fight, my ab ac was reduced so much that i couldnt parry stun her, nor building my analysis.
Is there some synergies that can cause the reduction, or is this a bug?
