Magneto (red) bug: evade control

Spiderman Steals can evade from Magneto Red despite Magnetism effect.
The description of Magneto abilities specifies that "Attacks cannot be Auto-Blocked or Miss" when Magnetism is applied.
I suppose that "Miss" means that it is impossible to evade from Magneto attacks. However, Spiderman Steals successfully evades according to his ability.

Is there an issue or am I wrong?

Miss and evade are different mechanics.

Miss would be when IW is invisible, Ghost phasing or under a falter effect where you attack into them and the attack goes through the character

Evade is what the spider men characters (amongst others) do when you attack into them and they dash back

Miss and evade are both different things. But, if you need an evade counter against a metal champ, still go mags, because of reduced ability accuracy.
