Without despair or not?

Soooo.....I was trying to complete Rol the first time....and the que is ..can HT reverse heal even without despair or it needs despair to work....if it does not work...I will use G2099...plzz answer...

    HT has a built-in Heal Reversal mechanic where incinerates reduce regen by 20%. Despair just makes all debuffs reduce healing, so while not needed it'll certainly make things easier.

    Despair is not necessary for Human Torch to reverse healing. He has an incredibly reliable heal reversal in his base kit.

    Yes you can use ht on wolverine without despair.

    If you go in without despair make sure you use pre fight though for the extra duration
