Is there a decline in regen champs in recent months/years?

There definitely have been champs who can survive with indestructible or at 1% like corvus or a bit of regen at the end like hulkbuster and gulk

But there doesn't comes a name to my mind when ai think of champs who can regen back to full health off their own ability without dropping health like wolverine and blade. Maybe bwcv is the exception but there have been very less regen champs.
If I am missing any which can you think of I guess Apocalypse the newly added can add some health after few fights and breaks but thats a lot of waiting around for that. Am I missing a champ who can regen like crazy in the recent times?

Also with the new IMMORTAL HULK coming, maybe he could have a regen ability off the charts? God that would be amazing

Apoc’s sig literally lets him regen while not in a fight.

There's been a decline in champs overall. IIRC Kabam stated they were going to reduce the number of champs introduced monthly
