Incursions matchmaking not working after latest server maintenance

I was trying to get some last minute incursions in but I could not connect to anyone despite waiting a long time. Other issues included champions not correctly changing after selecting new champions for the team and failure to leave a lobby. I even force closed my game, said yes I wanted to leave the party, and it still put me back in the old party when I went back into incursions. It's a bummer I'll miss out on incursions fragments.
