Seeing Red not purifying bleeds

As the title says. I’m using Domino, and the bleeds from biohazard aren’t being purified when I activate a special like the node says they will. What’s going on?

    Seeing red is one of the less beneficial global nodes. It's not worth it unless you have OR then it's more beneficial to leave the bleeds on to spore them to death.
