Having to fight more than once!!

Anyone else having an issue were you are having to fight the same node more than once? Ive been trying to get Act 4 completed, i was doing 4.4.2 last night and had to beat the node with Symb Spidey 3 times before it cleared and i could move on. this morning i had to beat the boss (Jane Foster) twice. I dont lose any life but its just annoying that im having to do the fights more than once
