2 Champion buffs per month according to Dev Diary but only one announced so far

It was mentioned in the Champions Dev diary that we would get 2 Champion buffs every month but only one has been announced for December. Are we getting another surprise buff or saving it for January?

Might wanna take another look at that. 2 per month was the eventual goal IIRC but not where they said they would be right away. Pun99 was solo this month.
