2nd time cutoff lower?

    The main reason is cuz only 800 people get the featured champ. New champs, good or bad are wanted over all just cuz they're new (and other factors). If the Featured had the same 1-10% as the basic then the cut off would be MUCH lower. Still high, but much lower.

    That Said:
    3* = 1.3
    Basic = 2.2
    Featured = 16-17
