Venom

So last night I pulled a 4 Star Venom out of the premium. I was wondering if I should take him to rank 4. Is he a good enough Champion undupped to use my tier 4 Catalyst on ?

I wouldn't r4 him if duped. Simply put, there are better champs to put your resources into. However, I am guilty of ranking some champs purely because I like them

I'd say no but then again I don't rank 4 any champion who isn't duped for the sake of saving t4bc
