OG Vision Power Drain bug still exists

OGV's bug on his power drain is still live. When he performs a sp1 or sp2, about 75% of the time, he does not produce damage upon those he is fighting. Is this still being looked in to? It's been here for a few months now.

    Nothing was mentioned in the recent changelog about it.

    Don't worry it'll get fixed in 16.0 and then after it's apparently fixed, 1 day later people are still gonna have vision and power drain issues because kabam will still screw it up.
