    As is, it would allow a lot of champs to do 3 debuffs (if they can do at least one on their own)
    Blade would parry bleed plus these 2.

    Also powers Despair.

    I believe it's working fine now. Only the passive stun activates, although I've only tested with AA. The weird part is how far it pushes your champ back when you parry, but not a big inconvenience.
