Need an advice on next 5* r5/r4 rankup

After this AQ cycle I should have enough resources to take a 5* to r5. Already have enough to take a 5* to r4. Would love an advise on whether I should r5 Sentinel/Sunspot/Quake (don't need Aegon yet and don't use Venom much these days due to him not being immune to anything) or r4 Corvus.
For the context, I'm at 6.1.2 and think of doing Cavalier and then exploring act 5 (no plans for Variants/LOL yet)
I also don't run suicides, so use Sunspot and Quake extensively. Ranking up Corvus would probably warrant switching suicides on, which in turn would hinder my ability to use Spot/Quake.

R5 quake as you use her extensively. She will be very helpful and don't have any r5 Science.
And you should also think of r4ing Corvus. I myself don't run suicides and have r4 Corvus. He really helps in aq/aw and comes in handy for tricky fights in act 6 and side quests.
