I have a T5 skill catalyst and Falcon, is he now worth rank 3 following his buff? I also have like 80-85% of a mutant catalyst and 60% of another skill catalyst so I guess it wouldn't be the worse thing using it. There's no top tier skill champ that is good unawakened so I wonder if falcon is amongst the top unawakened options to rank 3 now.

    No. He's only good for Evade matchups. Seriously, don't waste your catalyst on him yet. I'm known my unusual and odd ranks ups, but even I won't rank up Falcon. There's a bunch of other skill champs that does what he does but way better. The only possible reason I can think of to rank up Falcon to r3 is if you are really desperate to do Abyss and don't have Aegon.

    He is not. Not to mention the TB bonuses are minuscule.
