CAIW vs Carnage on biohazard bug

Last day of EQ so this might not matter so much, but could reappear again in future. Cav difficulty 3.1, biohazard, encroaching stun path. I used my max sig CAIW with skill synergy. When Cap gets a bleed from biohazard, carnage gets power gain as usual. cap instantly shrugs off the bleed due to his skill synergy, but power gain remains on carnage for rest of the fight. Manageable fight still but the power gain shouldn’t interact that way?
