AQ Focused 5x5 ally looking for recruits

We’re a relaxed AQ focused ally looking for a few replacements for some inactive players holding up others.
We run 5x5 in all bg’s. Sometimes run map 6 in a bg depending on who wants it.
We score 225m+ each AQ series, 100% each bg. This nets us 4.2-4.3k glory + the equivalent map 5&6 crystals etc.
AW we only run during seasons as it’s not a priority for the majority.
We end up around SILVER 1, fighting in tiers 6-9 generally. We run 1bg during season, sometimes 2 if it helps push rewards.
We don’t stress about war but we like to play smart... High diversity 45-50 depending on defenders. Plan paths and counters for certain matchups. Boost up and use potions when necessary to limit deaths.
We’re an active, loyal group that work as a team to help each other grow and progress.
Looking for similar like minded players who can pull their weight and be part of a team!
We’re a UK based ally but we have a lot of Europeans, a few Americans and a couple from Asia.
We’ve got a strong core group of players, which we hope can increase! We have plenty of bosskillers so as long as your active and can clear paths then that is perfect for us.
